Russia: Tattoo Artist Gives His Cat Some Matching Ink A 24-year old tattoo artist named Timur is in hot water with animal rights activists after he posted a video online showing him giving his cat Coco a similar tattoo to the one he has on his chest while it slept. Activists say every time you put a cat to sleep you take time of its life, so although the ink didn’t seep into the cat’s blood and kill him, this is not healthy and the tattoo will soon fade.
